This policy applies to purchasing Clash of Clans accounts from ClanAcc. Before checkout, customers should carefully review the account name, Town Hall level, images, price, and all information shown on the product detail page.

Orders and delivery

After PayPal payment is confirmed successfully, login details will be displayed on the order page. Customers should save their purchase information and contact support immediately if they have trouble receiving or logging into the account.

Refunds and issue handling

Because game accounts are digital products, refund requests may be limited after login details have been delivered. Each case will be reviewed based on payment status, account condition, and evidence provided by the customer.

Customer responsibilities
